Update: All Mustang Cat and Cat Rental Store Branches Remain Open as Essential Providers

As an essential provider, Mustang Cat will continue to sell and rent equipment and provide parts and service support to keep your business running while being sensitive to the needs of the communities where we live and work.

The health and safety of our employees and customers will always be our top priority. While we remain open during normal hours of operation, it is not “business as usual.” Below are some of the precautions we are taking to control the spread of COVID-19 to ensure minimal exposure and maximum safety:

  • If you have a fever or other signs of illness, we ask that you please conduct your business with us remotely to keep our employees and other customers healthy and safe (See Continuing Our Work Together - below)
  • When you visit us in person, we kindly ask that you also adhere to best practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including:
    • Avoid shaking hands, "high fives" or other touching
    • Practice social distancing
    • Avoid congregating in a group setting and maintain a six-foot distance from others at all times

  • Our employees have been asked to follow best practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses
  • We have restricted non-essential travel, postponed large events, and enhanced social distancing practices in all facilities
  • Customer-facing employees have been advised to have virtual meetings when possible and observe all recommended safety precautions
  • We have established policies for eligible employees to work remotely to improve social distancing

  • Effective immediately and for the next 60 days, parts orders placed by phone, e-mail and website will ship for free via UPS ground. We encourage you to click or call and our Parts Department team will have your order shipped right away. In addition, you can also choose free Curbside or Parts Express pickup at our Houston 290 location.
  • All of our branch stores remain open during normal business hours. Contact us by phone at 800.256.1001.
    
  • You may also use this site to submit a contact form or online chat with us 24/7.

    • We have increased the cleaning of all Mustang Cat facilities, including the use of a hospital-grade sanitizer.
