The Parts Curbside Pickup Clerk is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all customers and field service technicians utilizing Mustang Cat's Parts Curbside Pickup.

​ Curbside Pickup Clerk Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner
• Utilize all resources and business systems to ensure order accuracy
• Organize customer orders
• Timely delivery to customer vehicles
• Deliver exceptional service to all customers

Curbside Pickup Clerk Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Computer skills and experience working with standard Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Spanish speaking skills helpful
