As the Business Analyst, you will interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data from industry tools such as, but not limited to, DBS, CRM, OLGA, PSE, Insight, and APEX.  Additionally, this role is responsible to develop a reporting methodology and make recommendations to sales management team to impact strategic decisions.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Create and implement necessary policies with marketing, sales, parts, service, and technology departments managers to ensure compliance with Caterpillar Excellence Programs
• Develop and distribute promotional materials 
• Maintain sales rep scorecards, tracking sales performance and related activities
• Implement process to provide sales reps with vetted leads

Business Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Statistics or other related field
• Strong sense of urgency and empathy
• Organized and detail oriented
• Professional communication methods across all levels of the organization
• Ability to generate creative solutions to sell the entire Mustang brand
• Work well in high-pressure environments
• Professional etiquette and strong presentation skills
• Ability to analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and optimization
• Develop and write SQL quires to and from DBS
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and experience using database systems
