Mustang Cat is hiring an Administrative Supervisor to to provide operational and administrative support for the Power Systems Sales team.

​The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the administrative aspects of the sales process, managing all new machine inventories, leading a team of direct reports that are responsible for sales support, working with the sales management team to insure efficiency in the process, and work closely with the used equipment sales team to over see the Mustang exchange program.

Administrative Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Analysis and cost accounting for Power Systems Sales department
• Inventory management and reconciliation
• Process monthly commissions for department sales representatives
• Department budget oversight and governance
• Inventory and administrative processing
• Lead team responsible for ordering and coordinating inventory, and shipping logistics
• Additional projects assigned as needed

Administrative Supervisor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or other related field
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Experience processing sales/parts invoices
• Basic understanding of accounting standards and processes
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Database Systems
• Motivated to work as part of a team to meet and exceed department and company goals
• Experience working with customers, technicians, sales representatives, and varied levels of management
