Mustang Cat is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Backorder Coordinator to join our team in Houston. This role is essential to managing the Cat Parts Viz platform and ensuring backorders are handled quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a problem-solving mindset to support both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and monitor the Cat Parts Viz platform
• Expedite backorders with Cat
• Communicate with shops and customers regarding the status of backorders
• Proactively manage and resolve all backorders
• Apply problem-solving skills to support customer needs with urgency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong professional communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Basic math proficiency
• Commitment to safe work practices

Bonus Points For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Cat Systems
• Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
