🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Inventory Replenishment Representative:

• Serve as a key liaison between Mustang Cat and commercial account customers
• Act as a mobile merchandiser, inventory stocker, and parts delivery representative
• Set up, stock shelves, and maintain inventory at customer sites
• Deliver wear and maintenance parts using a company pickup truck
• Package and verify orders before delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide exceptional customer support in both English and Spanish

📋 Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment
• Preferred: Experience with Cat SIS or other parts look-up systems
