As a Service Billing Clerk, you’ll support daily scheduling and billing operations and ensure financial accuracy for the Service Department.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering workflow in and out of the bench room
- Administering Rental asset workflow
- Work order review and invoicing
- Communicate daily work order status to customers, salesmen, and management
- Perform basic accounting and billing work order support functions
- Post updates and changes to service work orders
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and job counts for service departments
- Assist with reports, documentation, and additional projects as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and support overall department efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
