This hands-on role plays a critical part in pulling and processing orders for heavy equipment parts, supporting technicians, service shops, and branch locations.

🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Worker:

• Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
• Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar parts and components
• Expedite urgent orders to support field service and shop repairs
• Process all parts orders accurately by the end of each shift
• Check in deliveries and verify inventory
• Make or assemble hydraulic hoses as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading the parts shuttle truck
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

📋 Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Prior forklift operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled areas
• Basic computer skills and comfort with order systems
• Strong commitment to safe work practices

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with heavy equipment parts, distribution, or industrial supply chains
