Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is actively hiring a Parts Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day parts operations at our Missouri City branch. This leadership role is responsible for supervising a high-performing parts counter and warehouse team that supports customers in the construction, power generation, and equipment rental industries.

🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Store Supervisor:

• Oversee parts counter operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Supervise and mentor counter sales reps and warehouse team members
• Support parts sales, inventory management, and customer service initiatives
• Manage daily parts orders, stocking, and backorder resolutions
• Coordinate with service departments to ensure technician needs are met
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized parts warehouse
• Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory audits
• Maintain compliance with Caterpillar systems and dealership policies

📋 Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts, warehouse, or parts counter roles
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Caterpillar parts systems or similar industrial platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and team development

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Experience supervising a parts department in a heavy equipment dealership
• Familiarity with CAT parts systems such as DBS, SIMSi, or SIS
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
