(Yard Maintenance | Heavy Equipment Yard Worker | Facilities Support)

Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Utility Worker to support our Waller branch. In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard and facility to ensure quick access to new, used, and customer-owned machines.

🔧 What You’ll Do as a Utility Worker:

Perform facility maintenance and general repairs
Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard for fast machine location
Perform landscaping and basic property upkeep
Log equipment movement and scan new and used machines upon arrival
Assist with material handling and operate forklifts or heavy equipment as needed
Run local errands and support other team needs
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

📋 Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in material handling, load movement, or yard operations
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy equipment preferred
Strong customer service skills
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
