🚛 What You’ll Do as a Parts Inventory Replenishment Representative:

As a Parts Inventory Replenishment Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while managing inventory and supporting parts availability at customer sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a liaison between Product Support and key account customers
• Operate as a mobile merchandiser and inventory stocker
• Maintain strong relationships with Mustang Cat’s commercial accounts
• Set up, stock, and manage customer shelving and inventory at site locations
• Package parts for delivery and transport to customer sites using a company pickup truck
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Represent Mustang Cat professionally at customer locations

📋 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
• Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone)
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Caterpillar SIS systems or similar parts lookup systems
