Mustang Rental Payment Terms & Account Management Expectations (Effective January 19, 2026)
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your continued partnership with Mustang Rental. We sincerely appreciate the trust you place in us and the opportunity to support your business with reliable equipment… Our continued relationship is important to us and we remain committed to delivering the high level of customer service.
As part of our ongoing effort to ensure consistency, transparency, and protection for both our customers and Mustang Rental, we are updating our payment expectations and lien-notice procedures.
Key Updates to Payment Expectations (Effective Immediately)
1. Standard Payment Terms
- All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Courtesy reminders and follow-ups will be provided for any past-due invoices.
- Please note: For any invoice that becomes overdue, Mustang Rental will take the appropriate steps necessary to preserve our lien rights in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Invoices That Reach 60 Days Past Due
- A final demand letter will be issued.
- The account will be placed on credit hold until payment is received.
- Accounts that remain unresolved will escalate for additional collection activity, which may include third-party collections or referral to our attorneys.
- Equipment associated with invoices 60+ days past due may be scheduled for pickup due to non-payment.
- For all invoices reaching this stage, we will proceed with any required lien notices or filings to preserve our rights.
3. Existing Past-Due Balances (Already 60+ Days Past Due)
- We kindly ask that your account be brought current within the next 30 days.
- If the balance remains unresolved after 30 days:
- A final demand letter will be issued.
- The account will be placed on credit hold.
- Mustang Rental will take appropriate steps to protect and preserve our lien rights on all overdue balances up to and including filing a lien.
