Rental Territory Sales Representative
Equipment Rental Sales | Outside Sales | Southeast Texas
Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is hiring Rental Territory Sales Representatives to grow equipment rental sales across Southeast Texas.
This role focuses on providing equipment rental solutions for construction, industrial, and municipal customers using a fleet of Caterpillar and allied equipment.

What You'll Do
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will grow rental business within your assigned Southeast Texas territory.
Las responsabilidades incluyen:
- Develop new business and expand equipment rental sales
- Prospect and build relationships with construction contractors, industrial facilities, and municipalities
- Visit job sites to recommend equipment solutions for customer projects
- Prepare rental quotes and proposals
- Maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Promote rental equipment including:
- Elevadores aéreos
- Generadores
- Compresores de aire
- Light towers
- Construction equipment
- Equipos Caterpillar
- Meet and exceed territory sales goals
Qué buscamos
Required:
- Experience in outside sales, territory sales, or equipment rental sales
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
Educación
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical field, or similar
- Equivalent experience may be considered
Experiencia preferida
- Bilingüe inglés/español
- Experience with construction equipment or heavy equipment
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, or municipal customers
