Mustang Cat is hiring a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units, including Service Administration, Parts, Warehouse, Sales, and other operational roles. This position plays a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.

🤝 What You’ll Do as a Recruiter:

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to support operational hiring needs.

Las responsabilidades incluyen:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and workforce partnerships
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews
• Coordinate interviews and collect hiring feedback from stakeholders
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience

📋 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Experience recruiting in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
