🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Requisition Specialist:

As a Parts Requisition Specialist, you’ll provide full-service parts ordering support to our internal customers—technicians, service departments, and other team members—ensuring they have the right parts at the right time to keep equipment running. Responsibilities include:

• Accurately take and process parts orders via phone and email
• Provide technical support and determine necessary parts info (numbers, quantities, availability, timelines, freight, and sourcing)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal customers
• Maintain accurate records and order data
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Occasionally work after normal hours and on Saturdays as needed

📋 Especialista en solicitud de piezas Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in a parts, heavy equipment, or industrial environment
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify parts and components
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, email, and in-person)
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-focused mindset

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Knowledge of CAT systems and equipment
