Mustang Cat is seeking a dependable and service-driven Parts Coordinator to support our warehouse operations in Hempstead, TX. This role plays a vital part in helping our service team keep customers’ equipment running smoothly by managing parts needs efficiently and accurately.

Note: This role will be based at our new Hempstead location, opening later in 2025! Training and onboarding will take place at our Headquarters in Houston, TX until the new facility is ready.

🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Coordinator:

• Assist Service Supervisors and Technicians with accurate and timely parts support
• Professionally communicate parts status and updates to team members
• Safely operate a forklift to move and stage equipment parts
• Order and check in parts, track backorders, and deliver parts to the correct locations
• Ensure timely processing of warranty return parts and core returns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first warehouse
• Perform additional parts-related warehouse tasks as needed

🛠️ Parts Coordinator Requirements:

• Título de bachillerato o equivalente
• Previous experience in a warehouse or parts environment
• Forklift experience and knowledge of safe operation standards
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled area
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
• Basic computer proficiency

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Familiarity with Caterpillar parts systems or heavy equipment industry
