Mustang Cat’s Developmental Management and Sales Training opportunity is a Leadership Development Program designed to equip future leaders with hands-on experience across our core business divisions. Through this rotational leadership program, you’ll gain a deep operational understanding of Mustang’s business, products, and customers by working across Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales.

This program is ideal for recent graduates ready to launch a long-term career in industrial equipment, customer operations, and business leadership.

This immersive career development program will prepare you to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You’ll rotate through key departments while building relationships, technical skills, and leadership competencies. Responsibilities include:
