(Customer Value Agreements | Product Support | Data & Fulfillment Coordination)
Mustang Cat is hiring a CVA Coordinator to support ordering, fulfillment, registration, and tracking activities across POS, Aftermarket, and alignment programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring Customer Value Agreements are accurately processed and maintained while supporting Product Support and data alignment initiatives.

As a CVA Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day administration and tracking of CVA-related programs while partnering closely with Product Support and analytics teams.
Las responsabilidades incluyen:
- Process parts kit orders and support CVA fulfillment activities
- Monitor email notifications from external systems and perform follow-up as needed
- Maintain Smartsheets for POS and aftermarket CVA tracking
- Coordinate CFAS ordering and fulfillment
- Complete POS CVA registrations accurately and timely
- Manage Population Alignment Smartsheets and tracking tools
- Assist the Product Support Data Analyst with DBS alignment activities
- Support additional Product Support tasks and projects as assigned
- Strong ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks effectively
- High sense of urgency with a commitment to company goals
- Experience using SIS, DBS, and other Caterpillar systems
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Data-driven mindset with experience working within structured systems

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
