📌 Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator – Mustang Cat

Location: Houston, TX | Department: Corporate Accounting

At Mustang Cat, we’ve been supporting Southeast Texas for over 70 years as a trusted Caterpillar dealer. We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role is key to ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and weekly check runs.

Qué harás

• Manage Mustang Cat’s weekly accounts payable check run from start to finish.
• Process vendor invoice payments and confirm proper coding and approval.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Process employee expense reimbursements.
• Set up new vendors and request W-9 forms.
• Support the Accounting team with additional administrative duties as needed.

Qué buscamos

Required Qualifications

• Título de bachillerato o equivalente.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong computer skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Competencias preferidas

• Business or accounting coursework.
• Experience with:
• SAP Concur (1–2 years)
• AVIDXchange (1–2 years)
• ApplicationXtender (1–2 years)
• Unit4 Financials (1–2 years)
