LEVEL 4: SUPPORT provides a preventive maintenance (PM) service agreement with the customer, combining the benefits of ADVISE condition monitoring recommendations with PM parts and dealer service.
- Delivery of timely and convenient PM services, including genuine Cat parts, dealer labor, and fluids.
- Provide preventive maintenance tracking and scheduling.
- Provides you with at least one annual inspection (TA-1) conducted by a trained dealer technician or PSSR
