Mustang Cat, the Caterpillar equipment and engine dealer for Southeast Texas, has been named the “Official Heavy Construction Equipment” of the NFL’s Houston Texans.” This is a 4-year partnership and will kick off with the 2015-2016 season.

“As one of the most valuable and elite franchises in the NFL, the Texans are an ideal partner for Mustang Cat,” said Brad Tucker, president of Mustang Cat. “The loyalty and devotion exhibited by the team’s die-hard fans is reminiscent of the affection we receive from our customers. That connection is what makes this partnership a perfect match and we look forward to sharing the Mustang Cat culture with the fans.”

The partnership incorporates the Mustang Cat brand with the Texans’ various in-game signage assets (i.e. LED and Videoboard), integration with the team’s social and digital media outlets along with Mustang Cat’s Special Teams for Special Needs program, which focuses on supporting the needs of residents at Brookwood Community, where Mustang Cat will continue to make charitable contributions every time the Texans score on special teams.
