TEPS Dealers

TEPS Dealers are trained at various service levels.

Medium Duty Dealers "Maintenance level" dealers are trained to perform maintenance level service and repairs on selected Medium Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least one Caterpillar Certified Technician.

Medium Duty Dealers "Full Service level" can perform warranty and engine repairs on selected Medium Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least two Caterpillar Certified Technicians.

Heavy Duty Dealers "Maintenance level" can perform maintenance level service and repairs on selected Heavy Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least one Caterpillar Certified Technician.

Heavy Duty Dealers "Full Service level" can perform warranty and engine repairs on selected Heavy Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least two Caterpillar Certified Technicians.
