Houston Parts

As the corporate headquarters for Mustang Cat, our main parts warehouse operation is located at the Highway 290 locations. With seven counter people with 157 years of combined years of Caterpillar Parts business experience, Mustang has the personnel that can provide the expertise to help our customers with the tough parts questions. Our hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. We do provide 24/7 parts service with personnel that are on-call to be available to provide parts solutions during off hours.

Parts Online
A new parts counter is now available on your computer via the Internet. PartStore is a new system that allows you access to purchase parts anytime – 24/7. Online – anytime!

Parts Drops
To provide our customers superior parts solutions, Mustang has 11 Parts Drops around the Houston metro area as well as other strategic areas around the 37 southeast Texas county area that we service.

Parts Express
In addition, to better serve our customers we have experienced parts people that handle only telephone orders for customers that know their part numbers and don’t need the expertise of the counter people. For Mustang customers that would rather fax or email their parts order needs rather than calling or coming to the counter, the Parts Express is a valuable service provided by Mustang. Two parts people provide customers with information regarding price and availability within minutes of receipt of the requests for fast and efficient service. Parts Express is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Export Services
For Mustang customers who compete in an international business, Mustang has a staff to handle orders for international needs. A staff of multi-lingual parts personnel communicates with international customers to provide them with the parts solutions they require.

Parts Availability
Currently, Mustang Cat inventories approximately 65,000 line items that are valued at $10,000,000 with $8,000,000 of that inventory in Houston. Our inventory is maintained by an automated demand-based inventory system that helps ensure that we have the right parts when you need them. In addition to Caterpillar parts, we stock parts for Balderson Attachments, Load King Trailers, Barber Greene Pavers, NPK, Carco, Preco, Claas, Remco, DMI, Rome, Donaldson, Young Grapple and Esco.
