Job Description: Perform PM maintenance on heavy and light equipment in a field environment. Primary duties include changing fluids, filters and lubricantes on various types of rental equipment. Other responsibilities include minor repairs while performing PM services.

Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required along with an Associates degree from a technical college. The qualified candidate will have one to two years of working knowledge of Caterpillar and other heavy equipment, excellent customer service skills, and a professional set of tools. Field Service experience is also helpful. Valid Texas Drivers License and a clean driving record are also required.

Job Description: Delivering construction equipment to and from the job site as well as from branch locations.  Keeping maintenance records, daily logs and truck inspection records for the truck being driven. This position is also responsible for keeping the appearance of the truck clean both inside and out.

Job Description: Review and administer 2,000 unit rental fleet, including data entry into rental software system. Responsible for inventory transfers between branch locations to maximize rental fleet utilization. Manage Make-Ready, inspections, and needed repairs to rental inventory being retired and sold from fleet inventory. Perform periodic fleet audits to insure inventory integrity. Supervise staff of mechanics used to prepare inventory being sold from fleet. Ensure that all PIP's and PSP's that are issued by Caterpillar are performed in a timely manner to MRS rental units. Coordinate with MTE Sales Staff (CMD Reps and Used Equipment Reps) to show "rental roll-out" machines being offered to prospective customers and arrange delivery and demonstration of machines.  

Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Will consider equivalent work experience and history in lieu of educational requirements. Minimum of 5 years work experience in construction equipment industry with a minimum of two years in equipment rental business. Basic computer knowledge and rental program experience preferred.
