Job Description: Sales of Mustang parts and service labor as well as Caterpillar and allied lines parts. Perform inspection of customer’s equipment and make service and repair recommendations. Actively maintain customer information and competitive marketing activities.
Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Associates Degree from a technical college or college degree in business or related technical field. Must have at least 5 years experience in heavy machinery parts and service, along with experience in outside sales.

Job Description: This position is responsible for the complete lifecycle of web application development including requirements gathering and definition, technology and tools assessment, design and development, and ongoing support and enhancement. Other tasks include direct responsibility for intranet applications including Mustang Connect, working directly with the Marketing Department to provide technical support and oversight of Mustang’s internet applications including www.mustangcat.com, and customer portal applications.
Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required along with a college degree majoring in Computer Science. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years experience designing, developing, and supporting web applications. Experience working with Microsoft tools including Visual Studio, Visual Basic, .Net, and Sequel Server is also required. Experience with SharePoint 2007 is a plus. Must have the ability to work directly with all levels of management, develop and manage project scope requirements, and work well independently or in a small group environment.

Job Description: Schedule all machine repairs from beginning through completion of work. Will work closely with Technicians, Product Support Reps, New, Used, and Rental Sales Reps, and customers to coordinate repairs. Assist Shop Supervisor with customer and supervisory duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent required, technical college or associates preferred. Must have at least 1-2 years of service department experience. Must have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service and strong communication skills. Must be extremely detail oriented and have good PC skills. Previous supervisory experience helpful.
