Job Description:This position is responsible for the continued reconciliation of customer information between Mustang Customer Relationship Management, DBS and NEXT. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, training Sales Reps and managers in CRM and its functionality, tracking marketing campaigns implemented in CRM, developing guidelines for the processes facilitated in CRM, coordination of integration with technologies utilizing information contained within CRM, continued maintenance of security and user interfaces contained within the software and working with other departments as needed. Position will also provide assistance to marketing department in all activities and promotions for Mustang Companies. Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required, along with a college degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Direct Marketing. Experience in creating and maintaining a custom mail list is required. Marketing and advertising experience preferred, as well as two years sales coordination experience. The qualified candidate will have above average skills in Excel, proficiency in Windows applications, and exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
