Rental Terms

Payment: Fixed amounts are invoiced (and payable) in advance. Hourly charges will be due upon return for excessive hours over the allowable rental period hours.

Freight: Freight will be charged from the originating store location. The hauling cost will be absorbed by the rental department when the need necessitates transferring units to fill a rental order, for a one-month minimum rental.

Insurance: Insurance is the customer’s responsibility. Insurance will be charged until a certificate is received, and cannot be credited.

Damage Charges: Customers returning units from rent that have damage or abuse will be notified of the damage and invoiced for the cost to repair the damage.

Servicing: Customers are responsible for normal servicing and maintenance as outlined by the manufacturer.

Fuel: Units will be shipped with 20% fuel. (Please advise your customers). Upon request units can be filled to 100% and billed to the customer.

Safety: Customers are responsible for the safe operation of the machine. Customers shall provide operators who are qualified or trained in proper operating procedures. Customers must also ensure that equipment safety features, such as back-up alarm, ROPS canopy or cab, etc., remain in proper operating condition during the rental period.

Renter is Responsible for:

  • Any damage to rented unit
  • Tire damage or excessive wear
  • Replacing teeth and cutting edges as needed
  • Changing all lubricants and fluids at required intervals
  • Daily inspection of unit for damage, leaks, etc
  • Checking and maintaining all fluid levels daily
  • Servicing and changing all lubricants and fluids at required intervals (Note: filters, oil, and labor are at renter’s expense)
  • Lubricating required areas daily
