CAT Compact Construction Equipment  CAT Multi-Terrain Loaders
These newest additions to Cat’s Compact Construction Equipment line will break new ground, with their patented ‘MTSS’ suspended undercarriage. Unlike a Mini-Excavator undercarriage, the Cat ‘MTSS’ suspended undercarriage ‘gives’ as it travels uneven terrain, its bogie mounted track rollers supporting each track shoe across its width. The track envelops obstacles and maintains better traction in very poor underfoot conditions. This patented design, combined with the industry’s lowest ground pressure, enables these machines to work on surfaces ranging from asphalt to freshly laid sod, all without damaging the surface.
